Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything sold by Keltikos Software Ltd.
Subscriptions (SaaS)
- First payment — full refund if you ask within 30 days of the charge.
- Renewals — full refund if you ask within 30 days of the renewal charge. We would rather refund an unwanted renewal than keep money you did not mean to spend.
- Cancelling — you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Part-used periods — outside the 30-day window we do not refund the remainder of a period, except where we have materially reduced the service or retired the product, in which case we refund pro rata.
Plugin and theme licences
- Full refund if you ask within 30 days of purchase.
- The same applies to licence renewals, within 30 days of the renewal charge.
- On a refund, your licence key is deactivated and your access to updates and support ends. Your rights under the GNU General Public License in respect of code you already hold are unaffected — see our Terms.
Development and support services
Services are different from software, because our time cannot be returned.
- Work already performed is not refundable.
- You can cancel future scheduled work at any time. Any prepaid balance for work we have not yet done is refunded in full.
- Deposits and retainers are refundable in proportion to work not yet performed.
- If we have got something materially wrong, we will put it right at our cost first. If we cannot, we will refund the affected work.
How to request a refund
- Email info@keltikos.com from the address on the order, or reply to your receipt.
- Tell us what you bought. You do not have to give a reason, though it helps us improve if you do.
- We aim to approve or reply within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
Refunds are made in the currency of the original transaction. We do not cover losses caused by exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund.
Limits
We may decline a refund where:
- the request falls outside the 30-day window and no statutory right applies;
- there is evidence of abuse — for example repeatedly buying and refunding the same product, or refunding after extracting the deliverable in full;
- the licence has been resold or redistributed in breach of our terms.
Chargebacks: please talk to us before raising one with your bank. A refund is faster than a dispute, and we have no interest in keeping money you are entitled to have back.
Your statutory rights as a consumer
If you are buying as a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, separate from and in addition to our 30-day guarantee. Our guarantee is more generous, so in practice it is the one that will help you — but the statutory right exists regardless of anything in this policy.
One thing to be aware of: for digital content supplied immediately, the statutory withdrawal right is lost once supply has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it. You may be asked to confirm this at checkout so you can download or use the product straight away. Our 30-day guarantee still applies even where the statutory right has been lost this way — that is the whole point of offering it.
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights where something we supplied is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If we cannot agree
Contact us first at info@keltikos.com — almost everything is resolved this way. If it is not, consumers may contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Cyprus Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, or the European Consumer Centre in their own member state.
